Decisions, not dashboards
A dashboard is a starting line, not a finish. Every metric we surface has to end in a call to make, kill, or wait. If a chart doesn't shorten the next decision, it doesn't belong in front of an expert.
We help startups grow without the cost of an agency or the wait of hiring a team. The work runs on a system you don't have to staff.
About
Mission Growth started in Poland in 2024. We saw two broken options in the market: agencies that send reports nobody acts on, and a single growth hire nobody can train fast enough. The startups we worked with didn't need another deck. They needed a system that turns data into decisions.
So we built a method instead of a service line. We ran it with brands across four markets: US, UK, EU, Türkiye. Playbooks usually break at the border. This one didn't. We called it Growth Brain.
Beliefs
A short manifesto. The rules we work by, the bets we make, the work we refuse to ship.
A dashboard is a starting line, not a finish. Every metric we surface has to end in a call to make, kill, or wait. If a chart doesn't shorten the next decision, it doesn't belong in front of an expert.
Quarterly reviews are too slow for the speed startups die at. We replace them with a weekly loop: read the truth, find the signal, ship the action, score the result. The loop is the product. Everything else is paperwork.
We don't pretend a model replaces a senior marketer. We do believe one expert can run the work of five when the system around them is built right. We design for that ratio, not for a demo reel.
Every recommendation we ship comes from people who've owned a P&L and rebuilt one. The thresholds, the alerts, the copy that gets surfaced on a Monday morning, all of it carries the bias of work we've done by hand. That's why the defaults feel like a teammate, not a template.
Most growth deaths come from waiting for the perfect plan. We'd rather ship a 70% answer in week one than a 95% answer in month three. The loop teaches faster than any review cycle, and the only work that compounds badly is the work that never shipped.
Hiring more people is the most expensive way to grow. Every workflow, prompt, and agent we ship is a permanent capacity gain. Teams grow linearly. Systems grow in steps. We build for the second curve.
Decks, jargon, and vanity metrics are a tax on the work. We charge for revenue moved, retention saved, and pipeline that closes. If a recommendation doesn't survive contact with a P&L, it doesn't ship.
