This policy explains how Mission Growth Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform. We have kept it short and specific to what we actually set.

Pre-consent we operate PostHog in cookieless mode: no cookies or localStorage entries are written for analytics until you accept. Server-side daily-rotating hashes count unique visitors without storing anything on your device. This is documented further in the Analytics section below.

If you have questions, email contact@missiongrowth.io.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as whether you are logged in.

Some cookies are essential: without them, features like authentication cannot work. Others are optional and are used for analytics or to remember your preferences. You can control optional cookies through your browser settings or our consent panel.

Categories we use

We use 2 categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: required for the platform to function. These cannot be disabled without breaking core features like authentication. - Analytics: used to understand how visitors use our site and product, so we can improve it. These require your consent.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels for ad retargeting, or social media cookies. We do not share cookie data with advertisers.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are set by our authentication provider, Supabase, to keep you signed in during your session. We set 2 cookies in this category: sb-access-token and sb-refresh-token.

These cookies cannot be disabled or rejected. If you block them, you will not be able to log in or use the platform. They store a cryptographic session token, not your password or other personal data.

We do not require your consent to set strictly necessary cookies, as they are technically necessary to provide a service you have requested.

Analytics cookies

We use PostHog to understand how the product is used. PostHog operates in two modes:

  • Before consent (cookieless mode): PostHog counts visits using a server-side daily-rotating hash. No cookies or localStorage entries are written on your device. The hash is computed from your IP address and user agent on PostHog's servers, salted with a key that rotates every 24 hours and is then deleted. The hash cannot be reversed to identify you and does not meet the definition of personal data that requires consent under ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3). - After consent (cookie mode): PostHog sets a single cookie named ph_<project_key>_posthog containing a pseudonymous identifier. This cookie lets PostHog link your visits across sessions and enable session recording.

Session recordings, when enabled by your consent, capture page interactions, clicks, and scroll behaviour. All form fields are masked by default so any text you type into input fields is never captured. We verify PostHog's technical masking configuration before enabling recording on any new page.

PostHog processes analytics data on EU-based infrastructure (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). You can review PostHog's Data Processing Agreement at https://posthog.com/dpa. You may withdraw consent at any time through our cookie preferences panel — doing so stops session recording and switches PostHog back to cookieless mode.

How we get your consent

When you first visit our website or platform, we display a cookie consent banner. The banner gives you a clear choice: accept all cookies, or reject all optional cookies. The Reject all option is displayed with the same visual prominence as Accept all.

Pre-consent we operate PostHog in cookieless mode (no device storage; server-side rotating hash). If you accept analytics, we activate cookie persistence and session recording. If you reject, PostHog stays in cookieless mode — basic usage measurement continues without writing anything to your device. Your choice is remembered for 12 months.

How to manage cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences in 2 ways:

  • Our preferences panel: click the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer at any time to review or change your choices. - Browser settings: most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Here are links to the settings pages for common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.

Deleting cookies from your browser does not withdraw consent in our system. To withdraw consent, use our preferences panel so we can update our records.

Updates to this policy

We will update this policy if we add or remove cookies. If we add a new optional cookie category, we will ask for fresh consent before setting those cookies.

The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
